Pickleball Player & Founder of Paddleix
Hi, I’m Tanvir Khan, a pickleball player, on-court tester, and the founder of Paddleix, a player-first pickleball content hub built for people who actually play the game, not just read about it.
Everything you see on Paddleix comes from real court time, matches played, drills tested, mistakes made, and lessons learned the hard way. No fluff. No copied advice. Just honest pickleball guidance from someone who lives the sport.
My Pickleball Background
Pickleball isn’t just content for me, it’s part of my daily life.
I spend my time:
Playing pickleball regularly as a Pro player
Testing paddles, balls, shoes, and accessories during real practice sessions and games
Studying pickleball rules, common edge cases, and how they apply in real matches
Learning and breaking down strategy, footwork, and shot selection in a way that makes sense for everyday players
When I recommend a piece of gear or explain a rule, it’s because I’ve used it, tested it, or played through it myself, not because a brand sent me a script.
Why I Started Paddleix
I started Paddleix after noticing a big problem in the pickleball world:
Too much advice online is generic, recycled, or written by people who don’t actually play.
I wanted to create something different:
A place where beginners don’t feel overwhelmed
A resource intermediate players can actually improve with
A hub where serious players still find value
Paddleix exists to help players make smarter gear choices, understand the game better, and enjoy pickleball more — on and off the court.
How I Test Gear & Create Content
I don’t rely on spec sheets alone.
My process includes:
Playing with gear across multiple sessions
Testing control, power, comfort, spin, and durability
Comparing equipment in real match situations
Updating articles when rules or products change
When affiliate links are used, they never influence my opinions. If something isn’t worth recommending, it doesn’t make it onto Paddleix.
Transparency & Trust
Paddleix earns money through affiliate partnerships with trusted pickleball brands.
This helps keep the site running, at no extra cost to you.
Every recommendation is based on real experience, not sponsorship pressure.
